Enhance the disposal data export functionality to include direct marketing and publishing links. Currently, exports only indicate whether a listing has been published or not, but providing the actual URLs would significantly improve usability for marketing teams. I want to be able to create a viewing schedule or tour that allows me to associate multiple properties with the same viewing,I would like this to sync to my preferred calendar (e.g. Outlook/Gmail),So that all my viewings can be stored in Kato, preventing the need to store viewing tours directly in my work calendar.This will centralise my viewing information and improve organisation by keeping everything in one place.

Users would benefit from the ability to open multiple tabs within the Kato platform simultaneously. For example, having different Disposals open in separate tabs would allow users to efficiently switch between them without losing context. This enhancement would streamline workflows, improve navigation speed, and support multitasking for agents managing multiple listings or tasks concurrently.

leads coming from the portals if a user sends a lead for multiple properties in a short span of time this isn’t multi requirements, more often than not it is the same requirement with multiple viable options. Rather than Archiving as this feels the wrong workflow there should be ability to merge if not automated.

Give users the ability to personalise their default tab settings within their user preferences. For example, when accessing the Disposals tab, a user could set their default view to "All Disposals" instead of the current default "My Disposals." This feature would enhance user control and efficiency by reducing the number of clicks needed to reach their preferred working view.

Automate the caculation of the min and max size of a Disposal

The customer would like to filter by leases that are occupied by a tenant belonging to a particular sector - as we have in the CRM.

We would like to suggest adding a new field to campaigns labeled “Creator”. This would allow us to clearly see who built and scheduled the campaign versus who it was sent from.For example, in the campaign linked below, I (Hailey Good) created the campaign but selected James Allman as the sender.
