Set Custom Default Views for Dashboard Tabs

Give users the ability to personalise their default tab settings within their user preferences. For example, when accessing the Disposals tab, a user could set their default view to "All Disposals" instead of the current default "My Disposals." This feature would enhance user control and efficiency by reducing the number of clicks needed to reach their preferred working view.
