Campaigns - Joint Agents

Currently, when creating a marketing email campaign, the system only displays the photos and contact details of the agents setting up the campaign. For joint agency instructions, this creates a limitation as both agents should be equally represented and easily contactable. We would like to request the ability to: Display company logos instead of agent photos in the campaign footer Include multiple agents’ contact details (across different firms) We think this feature would significantly improve the usability of campaigns for joint instructions.

CONTACT SEARCH TO AVOID DUPLICATION

We noticed that when adding a contact to a company there is no automatic search system to match to an existing contact. This will result is contact duplicates if someone isn’t aware that a contact already exists. We know that you can add a company to a contact, which searches for a company to ensure no duplication. Is it possible to implement a search feature to contacts from within a company? We should be able to search by name and/or phone number just like when creating a new contact.

Share Development Pipeline disposals

Before new developments come to market, agents share information with one another as more becomes available (e.g. may start as 300k sq ft, then changes to 287,543 with the exact sq ft per floor). A lot of time is spent agents calling each other to get the latest info for tenant rep but also competing building schedules. It would be great if there was a way to share the latest details with selected agents only. One suggestion was to add a ‘share’ option in the dev pipeline page, so clients could quickly view the latest without needing to call around.

Companies - Filter

We would like to filter companies based on lease expiry and size. In addition, is it possible to add a filter that shows companies without an assigned user? This would help us with targeting and improving the quality of our data, as well as identifying records that still need ownership. Please let us know if these filters are already available or if they could be added. Thank you.

Requirements tab - queries

Hi Nicole, We are looking at starting to utilise the Requirements tab more for Development Land and I have a query please. When inputting a ‘Direct Enquiry’,  we need to be able to select an enquiry as: ‘Property Type=Land’ in addition to the type of land required i.e. ‘apartment site, housing site, industrial site & commercial site’ – is it possible to add these 4 types as a sub-filter? Basically when searching our Land requirements, we need to filter if the requirement is for apartment, housing etc. Thanks Ciara
