Automatically create comps from a disposal or property

I can create a comp schedule from a disposal showing similar properties which are available. It would be useful to have similar functionality where the system generates lease or sale comps based on the disposal data. E.g. if the building is in Bank and has 2,000 sq ft fitted office floors, there is an option to view all leases (internal & Atlas) within a 3 mile radius which also have similar characteristics.
