Filter by tenant in 'Leases' and 'Property' View

When negotiating Leases, it is critical to be able to see all current leases for that particular tenant in other buildings and the terms they are paying. E.g. if we are negotiating a rent review with ‘Apple’, I need to be able to quickly see all properties we have in Kato where ‘Apple’ are a tenant, so I can review the terms.
