Filter by lease expiry on properties page

On the properties page, it would be useful to be able to filter for all properties which have a lease expiry in a certain year. When filtering to find relevant properties, this a key data point so it should be searchable. Ideally the filters on the ‘leases’ index page should be replicated in ‘Properties’.
