Ability to Merge or auto Merge Requirements

leads coming from the portals if a user sends a lead for multiple properties in a short span of time this isn’t multi requirements, more often than not it is the same requirement with multiple viable options. Rather than Archiving as this feels the wrong workflow there should be ability to merge if not automated.
