From faster CRM access to smarter work-in-progress tracking, our latest updates are built to simplify your key workflows.

We’re excited to announce new integrations between Kato and Ireland’s leading property portals. Propertynews and PropertyPal. These integrations enable properties to be seamlessly published directly from Kato to both platforms, simplifying workflows, streamlining processes, and significantly boosting market exposure.
We’ve made some key improvements to streamline your “work in progress”. The internal fee split toggle is now always on, so you can see all transaction splits in the export without adjusting settings manually.
Additionally, we’ve simplified how you track projects in the work-in-progress view. Status, stages, and probability are now unified into a single functional status, aligning with your agency’s Kanban setup. Fee scheduling is smarter too, with due dates filling instalment dates and amounts automatically calculated based on the total fee. Less manual input, more accuracy.

No more switching tabs or losing your place!
When working through bounced or opened contacts in an email campaign, you can pop out the CRM contact directly from the campaign module.

A small but powerful update it's now possible to search for contacts in the CRM area using surnames. This makes it much easier to find and access contact records when you only have a last name to go on, especially during calls or when reviewing campaign responses.
This improvement helps streamline workflows and saves time navigating the CRM.
