When an investment Property type should have tenancy schedule input

we should add this functionality and in turn the ability to push this data directly into the data rooms hosted by Kato and option to push to the Pdfs generated by Kato.

Similar to our accommodation table but with ability to add comments and lease info.

Key info:
[Tenant name] [unit/demise][lease start][leaseterm][expiry][rentpa][rent psf][size][epc][service charge][ground rent][break date][rent review date][comments]

This info should also feed into leases as each row is a lease record and useful for comps.
