When all floor units are marked as "let" or "sold" automatically update the Disposal status

I want the Disposals status to automatically update when all underlying floor units are marked as “Let” or “Sold.” This will eliminate the need for manual updates and ensure a more complete and accurate dataset across the Disposal hierarchy.
