My tenant rep agent would like to propose “customisable headings” for when we are matching properties into lists. He wants the ability to separate properties in group based on criteria. For instance properties which are a single floor plate compared to a self-contained entire building over multiple floors. Another example could be an upper floor office compared to an office with a ground floor frontage. If he could re-label, he could send one interest schedule, but give properties a subheading and help clients distinguish properties better.
The other issue, is that when he states shortlist, agents get emailed an update automatically and assume their property has been selected for final decision making stages, when he in fact at the start of the search. It me, it sounds like the system is missing a table for the initial report stage, then onto longlist and so on and so forth.
