Report dev pipeline with live link

Would like to be able to report development pipeline to clients with a live schedule, as with availability and interest schedules. Using competing building schedule not a good workaround as want to be able to define specific submarket rather than just by radius. Also wouldn’t want to create fake requirement as this clogs up the system.
