Requirements

Can a system be put in place whereby if an existing contact with existing requirement sends in a new enquiry, the system recognises that there is already an active requirement and its adds this enquiry to that requirement.

We are currently finding that we have hundreds of contacts with multiple requirements as the system currently creates a brand new requirement everytime there is a new enquiry.
