Record of Offers

In Ireland, when a property is offered FOR SALE, it is a legal requirement to keep a PSRA Record of Offers. This record includes information such as: Address of Property, Freeholder, Property Services Membership Number, Identification of Entity who Submitted the Offer and Contact Details, Who the Offers was Submitted to, Way the Offer was Submitted (Email, Phone, Text etc), Offer Amount, Conditions attaching to Offer and Sign Off Section for the Offer. Currently KATO does not offer such record. Is it possible to have it introduced?
