Introducing a feature where users can quickly add interest to an interest schedule without having to create a requirement. Thus increasing efficiency in how interest is managed in the schedule.
This is useful for when you receive an enquiry via a route that is not already integrated with Kato (email or phone, for example).
This lowers the barrier to adding content to an interest schedule through:
A single quick add form directly on the interest schedule
A reduced number of required fields
Once interest has been added, and because ‘interest’ is localised to just the disposal/schedule, users can:
Connect this interest to an existing internal requirement
Create an internal requirement
