Personalise Shortlist Email Template at the User Level

Right now, the shortlist email template appears to be standardized across the entire team or organization. I would like the ability to access and edit the email subject line and default message at a user level, so I can tailor the language to match my personal tone of voice and communication style.

This would make the shortlist emails feel more authentic and aligned with how I speak to clients—without impacting the template for other team members. A user-facing version of the email template would offer greater flexibility and personalisation, while still maintaining consistency where needed at the organisational level.
