One step mail out for matches & lists

I want to be able to send a property to matching requirements and also “Marketing List” contacts in one email.

Currently this has to be done in 2 separate mail outs:

1. To matching requirements (Find matches)

2. Via campaigns (to marketing lists)

Having this in a one step process improves efficiency, saves time and also avoids email duplication to contacts who have both a requirement and may also be in a “Marketing List”.
