Identify contacts not on a Marketing List

I want a way of checking which applicants have not been selected into a “marketing list” because that’s how we can send them properties and I know it’s been properly actioned.

I can filter by a marketing list but I cannot filter by “no marketing list”

Is there a solution or can it be added?
