Location Dropdown for Requirement Creation in Interest Schedule

When adding a requirement manually from the interest schedule, the Location field should use the same functionality as the requirements tab instead of being a free-text field.

At present, the Location field is a free-type text box, which makes it difficult to filter or retarget enquiries by location once they’re added.
