Intro tab

To make tracking our introductions with our clients more effective and efficient, we propose the following idea:

  1. Click on the requirement list

  2. Click on a requirement. E.g. Pure Gym or M Core

  3. Next to the “Matched Spaces” tab, have a new tab called “Intros”

  4. Then click add or create new intro

  5. Then when adding an intro, the fields we need are: Address, Sizes, Quoting Rent/Price, Contact info – agent or direct, additional links/ Brochure, Comments, Status – sent, under review, discounted, in negotiation, under offer, exchanged, complete.

At the moment we have to add an intro by adding a disposal and then putting it as market intel which is long winded and forces us to add details we don’t necessarily need. Having the above in place would make it much quicker and easier to log and track all the intros we are making to all our clients.
