Integrating the Kato calendar with my Outlook calendar

When creating a new viewing via Kato, it emails the appointment details to the relevant party and me. However, in order to get it into my Outlook calendar I need to have a seperate feed from Kato. So I now have 2 Outlook calendars.

As I use my outlook calendar for general meetings, reminders etc. and not just viewings, having 2 calendars is too cumbersome.

It also risks double-booking a viewing with another meeting, both using seperate calendars.

Also, I notice that the Kato invite function does not allow me to set a reminder (i.e. 30 mins, 1 hour etc.) when sending the viewing invitation. I would usually put a reminder in the Outlook meeting invitations so that people are reminded accordingly.

Is this something that can be looked at?
