Individual / team fee view

In the WiP, we need a view that provides both individual and team perspectives (based on point 2) and displays fee splits allocated to each individual or team, including their respective fee shares from other teams' deals. This way, every team member and the team as a whole can see their full pipeline, including contributions from shared deals.
