Improve society publishing flow

When publishing a requirement or disposal to a society, users have the option to send an accompanying email. This email is then displayed on the relevant match schedules and interest schedules.

However, if the acting agent needs to make changes to the advert after it has been published, there is currently no way to manually amend the email content. The only workaround is to re-circulate the requirement or disposal and resend the email, effectively overwriting the original.

It would be really useful to have the ability to manually edit the advert/email directly, without needing to re-circulate the record and send another email notification to everyone. (this is not a request to amend an email already in someone’s inbox, its a request to have the ability to amend the email attached to the advert)
