Improve maps on requirement circulars

It is often difficult to identify the location on the map picture embedded in requirement circulars that are emailed. The stated locations embedded in the maps tend to be very local and not always obvious/known. The graphic is also too small and normally needs to be zoomed up to read. Can this be improved please?
