Improve how amenities and specifications are added

When an agent adds an amenity or specification, the system takes them out of the list of options. To add another, they must select "view all or edit" again and repeat the process.

If multiple amenities or specifications need to be added, this repetition becomes laborious. Allowing agents to continuously add items without leaving the list would streamline their workflow.
