Hotlists

It would be great to be able to select a handful specific requirements and create “hotlists” for applicants such as your top five or ten. which can be pinned to your home dashboards, or set up prompts / reminders. Rather clicking through to a full applicant profile it could be a streamlined information. In a later stage, Kato could perhaps recommend applicants for the hotlist based on their engagement / activity.

I think this would help for good requirements where you’re not engaging them everyday, but want a mental note if something comes up - especially for purchasing requirements.
