Display Disposal Publish/Unpublish History in UI

Enable users to view the history of their Disposal actions, when a Disposal was published or unpublished to external Portals and when Marketing details have been changed directly within the UI. This visibility is important for tracking marketing activity, audit purposes, and reinforcing transparency in listing workflows.
