Display County on Disposal Cards

Clients would like the County field, when populated on a disposal record, to be displayed on the disposal card within the Disposals tab.

At present, the card displays key location information, but the county is omitted. Including it would provide additional context, particularly for properties outside major cities where the town/city alone may not be sufficient to identify the location.
