Customisable Naming for CRM Left-Side Navigation (e.g. “Requirements”)

Provide organisations with the ability to rename key sections of their CRM sidebar, specifically the “Requirements” tab, to better align with their internal terminology or preferred language.

This flexibility would allow each team to tailor the platform to match how they refer to workflows—whether that’s “Briefs,” “Searches,” “Mandates,” or another term more familiar to their business model. It supports better user adoption and intuitive navigation, especially for teams transitioning from other systems or with region-specific jargon.

Ideally, this customization would apply across the organisation and reflect consistently across both desktop and client views
