Control Auto Archive Prompts and Timing for Disposals

Currently, when a disposal hits the Auto Archive date, it implies the item will be automatically archived after 30 days. I would prefer if this message instead acted as a prompt, informing me that the disposal is eligible for review, rather than implying it will be archived automatically. This would give me the chance to ensure my data is accurate and complete before any action is taken.

Additionally, I would like the option to customise the default archive timeline (e.g., adjust from 30 days to a quarterly review period). This would give users more control over how and when disposals are managed, making the workflow more aligned with individual or team preferences.
