In Ireland we have a 4 step sales / letting categorisation process. 1. Property is listed on the market. 2. Property is Under Offer. 3. Property is Sale Agreed OR Let Agreed. 4. Property is Sold OR Let. Currently the SALE AGREED and LET AGREED categories do not exist, you can only mark the property as Available or Under Offer. Can we add SALE AGREED and LET AGREED categories?
