Avoiding unnecessary requirements

All agents should be asked to update their requirements regularly to avoid the system getting bloated with spoof requirements.

Some go back to 2021 and are from people that have even left the market. Many are left on there due to laziness or just not being aware.

They should get archived like disposals after a certain timeframe. I realise you can filter by updated but its still a lot of misleading information on there which can easily be cleansed.

Also there is a typo on Acquisition - should be acquisitions - just for info.
