Auto-generate lease comps from tenancy data.

I want the system to automatically create a lease comparable from the data entered in the 'Existing Tenancy' section of the Requirement Management tab. To enable this, an optional 'Address' field could be added allowing the creation of a basic lease comparable, ensuring the information is saved in the system for future use.
