Archiving inactive applicants

We are finding that our applicant list is becoming unmanageable and regularly have to spend hours going through archiving requirements and then moving the contact to the inactive list.

It would be very helpful if when an requirement is archived, the system asks whether the applicant should be made inactive.

Also the archived reasons should have an inactive reason.
