AML compliance box under Fees in WIP

AML compliance box under Fees, this needs to be updated to show at least two parties for AML, such as the buyer and seller or landlord and tenant. With a text box showing notes or reference number. This box also needs to be searchable under the properties availability report so we can see which properties require an AML check.
