Adding 'original match' as a requirement field

Use case:

The customer wants to understand the team's performance on actioning leads.

To do so, the customer wants to look at what disposal the lead originated via.

Note: Active matches was thought of as an option but as this could contain other options added later, and therefore make it harder to analyse. Created by could also present false positives if someone has added to the system on an agent’s behalf.
