Add rateable value as an option on the accommodation table

MJM have raised that it is more relevant to show the Rateable Value rather than the Rates Payable as rateable value is a fixed, official benchmark, while rates payable can vary depending on occupier circumstances and annual reliefs.

However, it is not an option to display on the accommodation table even if you have added this information under the floor or unit. Please could this be added.
