We’d like to request the addition of a new field in the CRM section to assign each company or contact to a specific department. Initially, the options to select from should be: Office/ Industrial/Cross-sell, as these are our current focus areas, but the field could be extended for the other departments as well.
The purpose of this field is to enable filtering of the CRM database by department, allowing for the export of targeted reports directly from Kato.
