Ability to set a primary Property Type

As a user managing properties with multiple property types,

I want to set a primary property type for each property,

So that the primary type is reflected correctly on outputs like PDF headers, instead of being ordered alphabetically.

Example:

• I have a property that is both Industrial and Office, but it’s primarily Office.

• I want the PDF header to display “Office” as the first property type, with “Industrial” shown second.

Currently, the property types are sorted alphabetically, which doesn’t allow for prioritisation.
