Ability to push a lease transaction with upcoming break/expiry straight to an interest schedule as a prospect

We review occupiers who have upcoming breaks/expiries and target them for our disposals. It would be useful be able to add these straight to relevant interest schedules as prospects so we can manage as a target list.
