Ability to Duplicate a Requirement

Clients sometimes receive new requirements that are very similar to previous ones. It would be helpful to allow users to duplicate an existing requirement—including key details such as location, size, budget, and notes—so they can make small edits instead of starting from scratch. This would streamline workflows and improve efficiency when handling recurring or near-identical briefs.
