Add edit fields option when sending details to agents via Society
Currently, there is no option to “edit fields” when sending details to agents via the Society. It would be beneficial to have this functionality, allowing us to choose which information is included or excluded when sharing these details.

Rent on Application / Price on Application on web listings should show the pricing on email/html when issuing to enquirers.
Want to be able to ‘hide rent from marketing outputs’ but show the rent when sending property details out to requirements, to avoid having to manually input the rent when issuing the HTML email.

Hi there. When you search for transactions you can filter by licensed and leisure, however this brings up retail properties. Can you add a further filter so I can filter out retail properties and include bars/pubs etc many thanks, Max

Hi Nicole, We are looking at starting to utilise the Requirements tab more for Development Land and I have a query please. When inputting a ‘Direct Enquiry’, we need to be able to select an enquiry as: ‘Property Type=Land’ in addition to the type of land required i.e. ‘apartment site, housing site, industrial site & commercial site’ – is it possible to add these 4 types as a sub-filter? Basically when searching our Land requirements, we need to filter if the requirement is for apartment, housing etc. Thanks Ciara

Present mode reflects hidden rows on interest schedule
If you have hidden a row on an interest schedule from collaborators, this would be reflected when you present it to clients as opposed to users having to customise it first.

Change default value for “Did they take the entire property?” field
Hi All, When navigating to: Properties → [Building] → Record a Lease → Store Transaction There is a field called “Did they take the entire property?”. Currently, the default value is set to “Entire property.” We would like to change the default value to “Partial.” Several colleagues are skipping this field without reviewing it. Since the default is set to “Entire property,” this results in incorrect data being saved and can unintentionally affect the entire building record.

Hello, we would really appreciate to have the ability to rename leased buildings. Sometime can be sold the full leased park and we need to be able rename it without changing availability.
